R.C. – I like RC! My lungs frequently feel tight, with chronic asthma and allergies. When I lay down and my chest feels heavy and closed, I’ll reach for RC. It soothes my lungs, and it has a relaxing scent. I use it on a regular basis. I sleep better when I put it on my feet and behind my ears as well.
