What am I going to do with all that mint?

Well, here’s a few things we do with ours.

  • Pulled it up and given it as a gift to the neighbors.
  • Pulled it out by the roots and hung it upside down to dry-and thus make our own dry tea leaves
  • Baked with it to gently flavor a cake
  • Created Potpourri Scent Sachets for the sock drawer
