Night-time Energy Overload?

I saw an interesting question recently. It read, “It is past 1am in the morning and I am still infused with energy. What do I do with all of it?”

A nice relaxing bath can be useful, especially when you add the essential oil Lavender. It is known for its calming attributes, and it soothes the skin as well.

That is one way to diffuse extra energy, externally. I personally like to add a calming tea internally, chamomile with honey is a favorite.

Any other relaxing solutions to ‘too much energy’?
