Cilantro, Spinach, Chocolate Mint, Basil, Thyme, Rosemary, Lemon Balm, ahhh!
Cooking without these classics would be so tasteless. Sometimes we take all these tastes and scents for granted, but I’m hoping we take the time to KNOW these aromas, and KNOW how to use them in cooking, and why.
There is much to be said for the folklore attached to these herbs. This knowledge was handed down throughout the generations, and now is once again in danger of becoming lost. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed exploring this realm of learning and teaching those who wanted to know a little more about it.
